Great big space...big tables, bigish tvs. Cool music spinning. Service at the counter, but it is a bar and this is Portland. Good beer, incredible cheeseburger (and I don't even like cheesburgers...).
Try answering your phone. That’s terrible customer service. Absolutely the worst ever. I hope they fail big time.
Pool tables are in very bad condition. Bathrooms were horrible. Did not eat food.
Stopped in to play poker. The game got started around 830-9pm. Had just a great time. Super casual game. I was a little worried when I bought into the $1-2 game with $150 to everyone else's $400. There was plenty of action. Chips were definitely moving around the table but I also wouldn't call it one oc this crazy action games. There was also a jazz concert going on in the basement, video poker, pool tables, security, a rather overpriced bar with decent drinks (14 for a black opal served in a pounder). Had a good time.
Chill place. My Friend and I ♀️ here often, its a great place to play pool and have a beer with Friends ...
First time in Portland. First time at the Rialto. Not sure where the rash of bad reviews are coming from but it seems that it's usually about security. In a city that has so many things that even the locals call "sketchy areas", I appreciate security. Went by, the place is huge! AND BZ!!! They have the Jockey Room for offtrack betting and video lotto. The main bar has a number of pool tables. The upstairs, I'm assuming, is their Poker Room. AND all night there was a vibration coming from under our feet! Guess what!?! They have a stage downstairs for parties and concerts. Tonight was JAZZ festival night. Anyway, we wanted to play pool. The tables were full and we were number 4 in waiting. It's going to be a long night. LOL. At least the drinks were strong and we got a nice table to sit and wait. This place is chaotic but the women behind the bar had the bar and pool people under control, but the food delivery was worth watching. They guys would come out of the kitchen with food in hand. They look at the chit and wander around looking for the "table" the order is under. One time a guy came out, circled the restaurant a couple of times, dropped it on an empty table and gave up. Holy... fun times! Finally got a table! Yah.. .that's step one. Step 2... find a cue that isn't warped more than the Enterprise has gone before. Step 3... understand that the table cloth is worn down to an ice rink speed. Had a fun time and security wasn't as brutal as some people have experienced. Drinks were cheap for how generous the free pour was and for $10/hr for pool, a good night was had by all. Cheers!
Very open lots of space . If its not too busy you can play pool in some quiet.
Jack London bar was fantastic downstairs, the Rialto is decent too, had a great time!
