Why do I put myself through this...ordered a meatball sandwich and they gave it to someone else....ugh! This place is so frustrating! Good thing they have other eateries around because I have had it!

This is the worst potbelly’s in Chicago I hate when I have to verify with Uber to make sure to avoid this Potbelly’s every time I order from this location my order is messed up and today I received a sandwich with no meat I do not recommend eating here.

Terrible customer service by all employees. Please fire the whole crew. They all always have attitudes and are always talking down to people like they are children. People do not want to come into a business to deal with ghetto women that's probably why this place is always empty.

I absolutely love the eggnog shakes. Parking: Please pay for parking you will me ticketed

The food at this location is great, but the customer service from the black woman with the dread locks in her hair was not great. The other black lady was kind. The one with the dreads appears to think that being kind and understanding is above her for some odd reason, and honestly that really sucks for her. Kindness is something that is in you and you can choose to express it regardless of how anybody feels. I was not rude or anything. My voice was quite low when ordering and I couldn't really hear what both women were saying at first. So, I understand the frustration, but there is no need to be mean about it. It's not that deep. To the woman with the dread locks, bless your heart, and I hope you decide one day to extend any kindness you have to people one day. You might just like it.

General Manager has stank attitude, throws around title but doesn’t exude what customer service should look like as one. Not tidy/clean behind the counter where soup/ shakes are made. Frequent Hyde park service is better.

Hire someone that speaks to your customers

Okay... so I ordered a bowl of chicken pot pie soup with extra pie crust && when I started to eat, THE EXTRA PIE CRUST WAS ON THE BOTTOM... whoever did that, thank you. It made my heart all warm and fuzzy

Service was a little slow. Staff are very friendly. Me and my friend had had a fabulous lunch!

I when there Saturday 11 am and I enjoyed my sandwich I did not enjoy the experience. Chicago has a homeless problem an I just wanted to sit down enjoy sandwich. A young lady insist at sitting at my table while I was at soda fountain getting my drink. No one at restaurant made a move to help me. If she wanted a sandwich I would have bought one she did not asked me to get her a sandwich she just wanted to make the customers at potbelly uncomfortable employees did nothing. I will not be returning to this potbelly again. I do not recommend this restaurant at this time.
