Despite being a huge fan of Pappasito's for literally decades, I'm disappointed at how poor the quality of this location has become. Waiters are often inattentive - I've had to wait about 20 minutes just to get served non-alcoholic drinks. Sometimes I get multiple waiters because it's so busy and chaotic. I don't think I've ever had the same waiter here twice. It would be bearable if the food quality was consistent, but sadly, it's not. It's always a risk going here because you don't know if the meal will be decent... or outright awful.
They definitely aren't bad at all. If you're looking for a spot to gather and be in the mix of it all in the memorial area, then this is it. But of course, these are large gathering restaurants! Parking: You'll find a spot Wheelchair accessibility: 100% accessible
The fajitas were delicious, portions huge, and margaritas delicious!
little disappointed.we shared a medium sized fajitas for 2 medium well, the order came with 1/2 order of Gristle and very different flavor than a few months ago and dry.expensive for what we ate... Dessert was very good...
We went out with a friend. The chips were hot, fresh and went great with the guac and salsa. We ordered a mixed fajita family plater for 3 or 4 people. 2 big eaters and one light eater and we had enough food for 2 more people. It was seasoned very well and everything was cooked just right. The best part of the experience was the margaritas. I had the Zombie and my wife had the blood orange. Both were excellent. Considering all we had the price was reasonable and the service was great. Wheelchair accessibility: Our friend was in a wheelchair and they did take more time than normal to figure out where to place us and all to typically their choice was the table right in front of the bathrooms. When we suggested another spot they readily let us pick our own table. Getting in and around was fine, they have ramps and the floor was flat.
