Items are constantly out of stock, even if you go by lunch time. Prices are high—$6.99 for a 12oz smoothie, $20 for a u-pick-2. The app is slow, the kiosks are slow, the cashiers at the checkout are slow. The store is dirty and not kept up well. The wait is always long, the fountain energy drinks are behind a counter, and you now have to ask for sipclub cups (usually a 5-10 minute wait to track someone down and ask for a cup, which they always default to a small). The rewards on the app don’t work properly and are inconsistent… not a fan.
My $6.57 salad should’ve cost $3 at the absolute MOST and we all know that even that’s too much.
I ordered a steak and cheese and it came with a little bit light on the steak. I went up and asked about it was a normal serving and asked if I could pay for double meat? The lady was so nice. She said don't worry about it. I'll make you another sandwich. She made me a complete another sandwich and put a good amount of steak on it this time. Really appreciated that service! She didn't have to do that but it ment a lot !
Twice now I have ordered online and both times it wasn’t ready. I gave them extra time. This place generally has one person at the counter. I also ordered a blueberry bagel that must have been sitting for awhile. Their prices have become expensive. I also ordered a cookie that wasn’t ready and the gal picked it from the bakery area with her bare hands as my husband watched from the car. I filled out a survey and today I got a response. “Thanks for your feedback and business. Hope to see you again”. Seriously?? I don’t think so.

Mediocre food, bad customer service. When I told the cook she prepared my sandwich incorrectly, she actually questioned me about it then verified on the receipt. Why would I lie about something like that? Just apologize and fix my food. No good vegan options, either.
Food poising incident reported to the store manager (Andrea)! When I asked if anyone else had reported having food poisoning symptoms after eating at their location, she laughed, and said she would not disclose that. While I understand their privacy policies I did not think this was a laughing matter. Do not eat at this location or you seriously risk becoming violently ill. She assured me she would be reporting this incident to the health department. If you had dinner on 2/6/24 around 7pm and became ill make sure to report it! Someone else reported through a review on here getting food poisoning! This is starting to be a common occurrence and completely unacceptable! Absolutely disgusting! Now, my family has to suffer for the next few days because of their low health standards.
