Went to this location for dinner tonight. Was seated immediately. Sat there for 20+ minutes. Was told by a female server that she would be right with us but never returned. Several other servers kept walking by our table with not so happy looks on their faces. I believe the manager or manager on duty walked by twice and never said a word. Needless to say after almost 30 minutes we left. I seriously doubt we will ever return to this location. The service was horrible, they cannot say lack of staff because when we left there was a server propped on the hostess stand shooting the bull with some customers. So obviously someone had time on their hands. I told him as we were leaving that we had been there awhile and no one waited on us. He didn’t say anything, just looked at me like a deer in headlights. I like Outback, but this was the worst experience I have had in years at a restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location.

If you’re looking for a quick bite to eat and some good drinks this Outback is THE ONE!!! Laura is fantastic with her greeting and customer service, Laura is the best waitress in the game. (if she’s in ask for her) and last but definitely NOT least Dez is the BEST BARTENDER out there. If you’re not sure what you want he’ll be sure to get you right!!

Server never came to check on meals or refill beverages, or clear plates. Sad that I dropped 80.00 for a bad experience and a watered down drink.

I can only offer you a picture of my receipt because we ate everything steaks were cooked to perfection . Blue cheese salad with raspberry vinaigrette was amazing. The food was so fresh and cooked to perfection I forgot to order any Cheesecake Wheelchair accessibility: Wonderdul ramp

This is my go to location for tender, succulent steak. I always like my steak cooked in a particular way. Rob, Wendy, and the entire staff always go the extra mile to ensure I enjoy my food. Two days ago, I placed a carryout steak order and realized that it was cooked too well upon getting home. When I mentioned it to Wendy at my next visit, she not only cooked it well to my satisfaction, but also didn’t charge me. I wasn’t expecting that… Thanks Wendy!!!

The customer service was great. Our waitress Alexis was the Best, she was very nice and her service was awesome.
