Outback Steakhouse

UPDATE: With some communication and a second try here, it was MUCH better. The steak was perfectly cooked and staff was on top of most things and very polite. Don't feel afraid to ask if you need a refill or anything forgotten. Whatever was done between December and now to address the issues was great.

Employees some are not clean and to clingy . My first time dining in there at any Outback Restaurant. Seen the commercial on T.V. and fosted advertising. Food was favorable just wasn't pleased with what I experienced all.

I ordered curbside, blooming onion… let's just say it was definitely fried cause I got all the grease in the container. The wings as always, are on point. The mixed vegetables need to be steamed properly as the carrots are always still raw, I mean I like my teeth so the carrots are a no for me. The salmon, sweet potato, and shrimp, one word… YESSS! My biggest issue was waiting 30 minutes during which time…no one came to the car, I called and just kept getting forwarded to listen to the phone ring then I looked at the call length and saw it had been 30 minutes. I walked to the takeout door and the staff was congregated laughing and enjoying their shift, I guess, when I asked for my food it was sitting on a shelf. Of course, the condensation and oil spillage cause the paper bag to lose its content but nothing was lost.

Great atmosphere, and good service. We had a waitress who was training and she did a wonderful job. Only critique is my fiancés steak came out cold. When the manager asked how everything was we mentioned that the steak was a bit cold and he offered to “throw it back on the grill” and said that it also didn’t help that we l were sitting under an air vent. Not sure we necessarily expected him to do anything else, but throwing it back on the grill would only overcook it and highly doubt that the air vent made the steak cold, as we started eating as soon as it was brought out. Other than that, no complaints.

Jabari,touched our heart upon arrival we were having some mobility issues, he recognized it and without hesitation he assured our needs were met. Parking: Plenty of space.

I ordered a steak well done but it was burnt 1st last .

Faith was great! The restaurant was busy and she hustled and had a great personality. The food runners were quick too!
