Love Nespresso, HATE the employees at this store. Every single one of them is incredibly rude and make you feel like you are a burden. If you hate your job that much, just quit . Nespresso needs to address that situation. Won’t return will just buy online.
Super small store with a very cold atmosphere. Cannot touch anything, all items you see are display only. Never going back to the store I'll stick with the app.
I'm just happy we have a boutique to go to in case I want to try a quick flavor however I don't like the pompous people who are behind the register.
General observation of being a customer of Nespresso for many years - the employees here are glorified supplied chain workers who just pick coffee off the shelf for you. There was a time where these boutiques served a purpose and the employees were educated on Nespresso’s product. Now, the knowledge is bare bones on coffee. One of their employees went as far as saying to me “well that one is a 9, so the 10 must be bolder." Might as well just buy from the app.
Every single time I go into this store the employees are rude they act as if they’re above me they don’t help with anything that you ask for their abrasive dismissive and all around a very non-enjoyable experience. Every time I leave this location I tell myself I am never going back in there. It is unbelievably the worst experience I have every single time I was in there to buy more coffee pods and potentially buy another maker because I had some questions, I was asking questions and I was given very one worded answers. He didn’t even want to show me any options. They acted and stared at me like I was interrupting their time. I will never visit this again. I will from now on order my pods online very sad experience.
I'm unable to remember the worker's name unfortunately, but they were incredibly poliete and was very patient with me as I was new to the process with nespresso. I was hesistant after seeing such a low rateng, but seeing that it was a bunch of low ratings during peak covid (were yall not aware that we were in a pandemic?? and complaining about employees who had no say in how they had to work???) I was so happy I took the chance and went. Cant wait to go again!
Strange ...went in for pods (first time) got no help,except a chart he pointed to . He didn't say much and if I ask anything he acted as if he didn't speak English. Not going back will order off line.
Their customer service is almost worse thing I ever experience! They don’t acknowledge your presence in store! Don’t want to help! Just make customers uncomfortable!
Overall a good location but I did have an odd experience. Or rather my wife did. She went in with our bag of pods to recycle and to buy more. They looked up my account by phone # and told her to buy the original Nespresso pods. They said that my last order (which was apparently from a long time ago even though we had been in a month and a half ago to order) was for the original; however, we have the virtuo unit. In the end, we had to return the pods and get alternate ones. They fixed the account issue so that next time this won't happen again.
Employees that don’t care about the customer. I went in on Friday afternoon. Store was EMPTY. Working in sales myself I notice a lot of things. First 2 people were standing in the back looking at whatever they were looking at. With that, the one gentleman LEANING OVER THE vertruso capsules when I went over to look, being the first time in the store since my purchase of a nespresso, he said you need to go up there. Not even a hello thanks for coming in. We’re um working on something… in disbelief I made the comment I wanted to look at the capsules and descriptions. Which again, was first time in store. went to the front and looked at capsules, the 2nd guy was reluctant to help. He did know his product and profiles. I was reluctant to make a purchase but I made it this far so why not. In the conversation I mentioned I don’t use milk, but not sure if it was the only sample, but received for milk samples. So do don’t listen to my needs or even make suggestions. So this is a warning for anyone wanting to go to the store at Easton, you’re not in for a wonderful customer service experience. I’ll either find another store, or just order online from now on.
