We are visiting from North Carolina and we must say it was the best Greek food we ever….ever had! It is a must try while in Seattle!
UPDATED REVIEW (PRESENT) Since the ownership change (older Greek couple retired), the place has gone downhill significantly. Quality is very inconsistent -- being below average more often than not. Portions are much smaller, yet prices went up. Just poor execution of food quality but may be because the new owners are not Greek??? The only improvement was the upgrades to the in dining experience. I may be harsh on my updated review but its because the old owners really cared about quality and execution. Need to find a new Greek place to satiate my cravings. The Greek food truck on 85th NW and 24th is very good but they only come by once a month. OLD REVIEW - PRE-2023. Always consistent and fresh. The passion in the old man's cooking definitely translates into the final product. Just a mouthful of awesomeness.
We were at the Green lake and were looking for places around for lunch. What we ordered - Veggie samosa, Minced chicken wrap, Falafel gyro What we took away - The samosa was excellent - the filling was mildly spiced the way it should be. The minced chicken kebab gyro amazing - this is the best chicken kebab I’ve had in the city. It was marinated well. The falafel gyro was good too, although the falafel seemed a little dry. We will definitely be back here again.
Neighborhood Greek in Green Lake. Possibly caught it at an off hour but service was slow and food was good but not great.
Owners changed and food is mediocre. Place feels more Persian then Greek.
I have to recommend this place, it is absolutely delicious. The food is tasty, I have not eaten inside the restaurant but I had placed two to go orders and it did not disappoint. I ordered the chicken souvlaki and the salad and the portions were generous. Chicken is also cooked well and the pita was soft. The salad was big and feta was delicious. I highly recommend this place.
