McDonald's

Ice cream machine was "broken" didn't have fries ready. I didn't come during a busy time. Took my order then didn't say anything. I had to guess to move forward. No one at the window and I had to wait before being greeted. No other customers were at the restaurant.

Ordered dinner today through the drive thru and used my McDonald's app. The cashier didn't put my rewards in and had to ask me quite a few times which one I was using. When I got my food the bun was toasted way too long almost to the point of being burnt and the chicken was dry. The only thing I enjoyed from my meal was the Orange Hi-C. Don't think I will get food from this location again very dissatisfied.

midnights are never fabulous... but someday McDonald's will actually get their speaker system fixed so that the people at the window can hear

The same lady that had me went home empty handed after waiting ten minutes for my food empty handed still needs to work on her friendliness.

For me, it is all about customer service. If the service is good, I can let a few things slide. The people this a.m. at about 8 a.m. 2/27/24 in the drive thru could use some customer service tips from the Andresen location in Vancouver. Horrible customer service and I will never go back. Person at first window was rude, 2nd window just shoved my bag in my face and didnt say a word. Again, bad service is a deal breaker for me - FOREVER.

Stay in your car the view is better outside. The manager is very rude and judgmental.

Bada custumer service a person at the pick up window not greeting and very pushing not friendly at all not thanking just a absolutely bad experience

Drive thru only open 2r hours. Fine if your not a truck driver heading to work and your car fits thru the drive thru
