It's a miracle maybe they changed managers they are getting faster. Now back to being the worst. 30 min wait for nuggets and fries

Was asked to pull forward to the drive thru wait area. Never a big deal, but the time waited for what was delivered was frustrating. Food took a very long time to come out, and when it did what was brought out was cold, nothing to indicate my wait was to prepare and cook my food. And things were still forgotten.

Hat's off to MGR Latoya and Customer Advocate Ronisha for going above and beyond this evening!!! The Customer' Uber Eats order was not pulling up initially when Ronisha reached our for MGR assistance and Latoya found the order fixed the issue and things are running smoothly!! Oh my.. I am above appreciative and grateful and so is our customer!!! Great job Ladies teach them all how to do it right!!! I have hope for McDonald's after this experience. Kudos ladies for your "Best in Class" service today

The staff is very rude and very unprofessional they take forever getting your order out to you and they never get the order right and when u say something about it they are very nasty about it and they never give u a receipt and then they want to ask you for a receipt when u have correct them on messing up your order or what is even taking so long to get the order to you and everyone else that is coming through there for food or a beverage Either way it should matter what u coming in there for they should be more professional and not so nasty additude and u should quicker on getting your order to you and every other customer Parking: It's a hot mess trying to find a good parking spot just to go order food Good thing there is a shopping center right by the restaurant so someone can park over there and then of you would have to walk a lil ways to the restaurant but still u would have somewhere to actually park Wheelchair accessibility: They actually do have wheelchair accessibility ... It's shocking but they actually do even though I have to walk a lil ways away from the door just to get to it

Compared to the McDonalds in Mandarin this one is SLOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW. CONSISTENTLY SLOW. Came back 6 months the later and had to leave the drive through after 15 mins to go to work. I’m 100% sure they gave my order to the wrong person. They clear the tickets to keep the “wait time” down then when you get to the window they don’t know your order lol it’s crazy

I hate this place

One of the better McDonald's in Jacksonville. They are doing their jobs and getting people on their way. I didn't spend 30 minutes in the drive through unlike every other McDonald's.

Someone needs to gain control very busy but very unorganized and poor workers and managers

They can’t do anything right. Ugh as I go to use the code it disappears. Then my phone won’t reload then it says I have used all the points I can use today. Forget the app.. it’s trash
