It's my pleasure to give thanks to the helpful staff on shift last night (overnight) between 10pm am and 6am. They all (men and woman) were attentive, kind, helpful, thoughtful, compassionate and caring as we all worked together patiently to find out the issue with the missing order and take the steps needed to get the order filled for our customer. Everyone of us were winners last night!! Take a bow Ladies and Gentlemen "We" made things better for all parties involved. It warmed my heart and made me feel like we made a big difference in the world! We can do this everyday in everyway and slowly but surely things will get better for us as a whole. You made mine and the customer's night a good one and we thank you dearly for it. Keep up the great work McDonald's team because you're winning and the community can see it too!! Thank each and every one of you for doing what you do! Hat's off to the 103rd staff for getting the job done!!
A miracle of statistics. Ordering several times a week for almost a year, door dash, and pickup, and they have yet to get the order right once. One would think it would happen by accident. I appreciate them giving jobs to the mentally disabled, but perhaps someone with more than one working brain cell should check the orders before sending them out the window. Update: 2024 Stopped with special orders and almost never eat here anymore. But the kid asked for McDonald's. The order was actually right. However the fries tasted a few hours old, and the pies were 3 hours past expiration and tasted like 5 hours past. Still recommend eating anywhere else.
