Traveling for vacation and we stopped here because we have never tried it before. John was our server and he was phenomenal! The chef came out with an appetizer because we had never been here. Everything was delicious. The service was amazing! Would recommend!

We are visiting from Connecticut and this was our first time at Maggiano's. The food was the Best I have ever eaten. The manager Jordan and our servor Marie gave us impeccable service. I had the salmon dinner. My husband and grandson had the beef medallions. We started with the wedge salad. Had the stuffed mushrooms and fried zucchini. My husband had the tiramasu for dessert and I had the butter cake. We are going back to Celebrate our anniversary next week. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

From the moment we walked in until we left the service and food was amazing. The restaurant was clean, they had a good health grade and the wait staff was very attentive. The Blackened Salmon with Crispy Calabrian Shrimp was delicious as well as the Chicken Marsala with garlic mashed potatoes and Crispy Zucchini Fritte. We will be returning

Ordered to go. Calamari was nice, light not greasy, sauce was ok. The spaghetti and meat balls were inedible. They were both so salty it could not be finished. Tragic at best someone needs to sample before its served. No way the recipe would call for this.

Hadn't been to Maggiano's since they closed the one I used to frequent in Minneapolis over a decade ago. Figured I'd give this location a shot. I picked up my GF penne with marinara before heading in for work. $20 for that dish seemed quite absurd, but I was hungry and already there and had to get to work. Was eating before my shift started and found this metal shaving in my mouth as my coworkers watched me pull it out. I didn't have time to get into it as my shift was starting. I actually threw the food away because I was turned off and didn't feel like dealing with it. Well I changed my mind after my first client and dug the food out of the trash and snapped this pic. Tried my best to avoid posting about this. Called and left a message for management to get back with me. I was offered a gift card for the restaurant. I'm GF and vegan, making this practically the only thing on their menu I can eat from there. I told the lady I was turned off by the experience and just wanted my money back and would forget the whole thing, trying to be reasonable. I was told to go dig the food back out of the trash and bring it to the restaurant and only then could they refund my $20. Seemed a bit like trolling on her part (although, in my experience, corporate logic is often not much different than trolling). At any rate someone else had taken the trash out by the time I got back to it. I was told a message would be left for the GM. He had 3 whole days to get back with me. It never happened. So, here we are. They could have avoided me posting this but don't seem to care for a simple followup. It's recent enough to where they should have my info on file if they want to reach out. If I get an automated response to this about leaving my contact info, I'm just not going to bother.

I took myself out to close out my birthday and celebrate myself. My server Tatyana was SOOOO warm and accommodating. She was so nice and attentive. She also surprised me w/ a dessert and sang to me. It was such a sweet gesture and really touched me, that I teared up. Food was good, but I’ll def come back simply for the service and if possible will request her. Thank you again, for being so nice and making my birthday special
