The garlic aoli was toooo good
Delectable sandwiches! The Turkey Kimchi Reuben knocked my socks off Dietary restrictions: Gluten-Free bread is available, and they have veg/vegan menu items
Hey, rat kitchen, why do your tomatoes taste like cleaning chemicals? Do you guys hate money and being open? Wonder what the BBB would think of a rat kitchen serving bad produce as well. Probably not a vary good look I'd say.
Delicious, fresh, full of really natural and rejuvenating ingredients. Part of a nice little dining precinct and inspired me to dine and consume more thoughtfully
Get the egg and bacon breakfast sandwich
Today was my first time trying Homegrown. I ordered a Turkey BLT ($16) and it was bizarrely flavorless. It comes with a garlic aioli, which was surprisingly tasteless. I also can't taste the cheese on the sandwich, so I think they should consider using a different cheese, and the bacon was all fat. I had to take the entire piece of bacon off my sandwich. Perhaps if they cook the bacon a little longer it would be edible? I will say, the sandwich was packed with Turkey, so if that's your thing you'll get a good amount of protein for your buck. Turkey and bread are the cliffs-notes of this menu item.
First time trying this location. I can appreciate the ordering service on the iPad at the front of the restaurant (user friendly). Ordered 2 different sandwiches (1. Turkey bacon and avocado 2. Chicken Pesto) both were really good. All the ingredients were fresh and well prepared. Portions are a decent size recommend sharing.
We walked in for breakfast and there was no other customers at the time with at least a handful of employees present in the store front. NO ONE acknowledged our presence, said hello, directed us where to go to order, etc. We stood there for a good 5-10 minutes and were completely ignored. A gentlemen at some point walked in for a pick up order and he was greeted and acknowledged as he grabbed his order. I am not sure why or what happened but after that we realized we were not welcomed and we left.
