I got the Chicken and Waffles here. The chicken wings they had with it were pretty nice and juicy! The waffle was decent, if a bit different; it tasted kind of grainy, and kind of thin (almost like a pancake). The macaroni and cheese, I actually liked. The cheese they gave with it was a pretty good texture; decently thick! Overall, I would be happy to visit again.
I love the salmon philly cheesesteak. So light and seasoned. I took it on the plane with me, and i could not stop eating it. The bomb.
Everything I have ate here is good great place
I just knew it was going to be good
I believe in supporting and giving Black owned businesses a chance to since we are so far and few to kill the stigma that comes from being black owned. Unfortunately , Drae’s did not. The moment I walked up the the counter to order my food, the young lady (clearly a teen) jumped on the phone to take a call, didn’t acknowledge my presence, then on e off the phone, asked “what do you want” - no really those were her words. I order and she acted as though she didn’t hear me and with a very sarcastic attitude said “what” as though I just bothered her (please keep in mind this is my first time in this establishment) So I said it again but this time picked up her weekend special menu and point to what I wanted. She rang up my order, and left me wondering what to do next. Then look at me and said “oh you’re done” i walked away, she called me back to ask if it was for here or to go. My reply….”wouldn’t that have been one of the first questions you asked?” I’m not going to bash us a black folks but My PEOPLE, please offer customer service training before hiring young and old). You only get once to attract, after that you are playing make up.
