Dave & Buster's San Antonio - Rivercenter

We went for appetizers and games after a long day out. It was a Monday night and none of the staff seemed to want to be there. Falling asleep, rushing us to order and eat. The girl in the ticket/prize section was on her phone watching Netflix and didn't want to help us. My kids had 6600 tickets between them, and she wouldn't let 14 tickets slide so they could use them all. It's the worst location we've been to because of the people. It wasn't busy, no wait for food or games so that was nice. For was warm and not hot but tasted ok.

Menu says they have gluten free buns but the meat for burgers and the grilled chicken are not gluten free. They offer a side salad, so I just ordered that, but the waitress wasn't told they do not have gluten free salad dressing until the salad was brought out. The waitress did an amazing job trying to accommodate the best she could but there was only so much she could do. Requested to speak to the manager. He approached our table with an attitude demanding what question I had. Told him, there was no question only a complaint. He was completely rude and spoke to me as if it was my fault that their menu was screwed up. He demanded the waitress to give him the gluten free allergen information menu. His only comments were, "What is the question? You should have ordered something else. Our menu is one page, it's not that difficult". Once again, I told him that they offer a gluten free bun but nothing to go on it. They have salad but do not offer gluten free dressings. Does he not see the issue? He said, "no, I do not. Just order something else. The menu is one page, it's not that difficult". Sorry excuse for a manager.

So much fun for the family. Great food and drinks.

After dinner we had fun at Dave and Busters and it's always a great experience when we go there.

Wasn't too busy. Clean. My waitress was wonderful!

Are you in good hands when you visit D&B....well I hope so! Just ask for "ALLSTATE"!!!! I promise he will have you smiling and ready to have fun. We went from a blah day to WOW! Thank you so much for everything. ️
