AMAZING food. Best Peruvian food in the area. Rotisserie Chicken and the Caveman Club are phenomenal. Highly recommend the plantains as well. Very cheap for how good the food is. Never have to wait for a table either.
As a Peruvian K was excited to check out this highly rated “peruvian” restaurant. I was severely disappointed. No one knew what “Rocoto” was, that was the first red flag. Second red flag is a lemon wedge with lomo saltado?? Apart from these the actual food itself was terrible. Carne tasted like mexican style bistec & the rice was a big glob where the middle had the texture of puddy. The waiter basically threw down the silverware and the fork and knife touched the table(it doesnt look like they clean the tables either). Overall terrible experience, even though the food was cheap you can really tell why it is priced low.
The only thing I like from there is the chicken everything else has been a bad experience. Today I got a fish taco and a whole chicken with three sides. The chicken and the sides were good. The fish taco was old and Would not recommended to anybody. The fish was rubbery from the inside the extra fried the fish. And when I place my order, I told the lady I want it two green sauce, and one red and she still put three green sauces. What’s the point of telling you in advance if you’re not gonna do what I ask, like I said, chicken is always good and the sides. Everything else is in question.
Las veces que he ido me encanta su comida se encuentra tranquilo el lugar
