So, they f-up my order and an employee gave me another salad option for the inconvenience and the manager (which was a shocker to me) cause the idea should be coming from her, OBJECTED WITH AN ATTITUDE. They have no idea what customer service is. It is so unfortunate that they are the only ones in the building. I will have to seek breakfast and lunch elsewhere cause I should not be getting an attitude from you when I am spending my money.
Way too expensive for the quality of food and lack of customer service. This place used to be great a year ago. They increased their prices for everything and still somehow are doing way worse. The food is over-salted and dry. Try hiring actual cooks. Breakfast service is EXTREMELY SLOW. No espresso machine, no oven, no pastries, no cold brew, they are always out of everything, don't bother coming in. You will be waiting in line for 15 minutes for them to tell you they don't have what you want to order. You will be waiting another 20 minutes to get your order because they are way too slow. I've missed a meeting waiting on my breakfast order. They say it will be right out, but honestly, you will get food faster in a sit-down restaurant. Pretty pathetic.
I ordered the breakfast sandwich with Turkey and avocado, well left with sandwich no avocado, went back said the avocado was frozen, they gave some half frozen avocado spread that tasted spoiled, went back to tell them what happened ,no offer to remake or refund.
Always great food and a wide variety of options! I eat here almost every work day! The staff is awesome and the chefs are great!
Food is so bland and overpriced. Go somewhere else.
