Don't trust this location as they broke their promise to go cage free with their eggs

Oz prepared the most amazing breakfast for me this morning. Power wrap and Caramel Macchiato. I highly recommend!! Thanks Oz!

This was one of thee worst customer service I've have experienced the older black guy was very rude and I've been coming to au bon pain a long time probably never go back and that's a shame

Staff are amazing, food is awesome ans can't get enough of the broccoli cheddar soup.

Extremely disappointed in the veggie wrap I got for lunch. They've been fine in the past but today it was pathetic. Just a tortilla with a pool of vinagerette and like 3 cucumber slices. Terrible value. I feel like I was robbed. If this is their new norm there's no reason to go back.

Au Bon Pain used to be the fancy place to eat while at the medical center, now, although the prices are still the highest, its staff is ghetto and blatantly rude. They are always severely short-staffed (probably why they are rude- they’re tired) so many options are not available (like smoothies and grab and go items). Please do a better job representing our medical center.

Guy taking our order had no idea how to ring in the orders and the manager was very short and rude when we asked for an item that was on their feature board but they no longer carried. Then I went to get a refill for my drink, she watched me fill my cup and then hollered across the restaurant that their refills are not free. (No sign around the drink area stating this, I looked before I filled my cup). Was trying to have a meal with my husband out of his hospital room that was ruined by this staff. Don't waste your time making your way down to this place.
