Amazing experience, worth the price to try food that can only be described as perfect.

There aren't enough good things that can be said about Altura. From the moment you enter the restaurant and the hosts greet you with a warm and friendly hello and ask to hang your coats. To sitting down and having a small hot towel brought to clean your hands. A delicious aperitif brought to start your night. Every interaction is polite, attentive and professional. We have gone to Altura for my birthday two years in a row. We will be going again for our anniversary in two months. Both experiences, the food and presentations were beautiful and delicious. Each menu was a different experience with a few staples we loved from our previous visit. Everything is amazing, there wasn't a single item or dish we were even slightly disappointed by. The same can be said for the drinks, wine and dessert. A perfect place for a special night out. They've made my birthday feel really special each time and we're so happy every time we visit. Another excellent meal - thanks to everyone!

I dined at the restaurant with my husband in August, 2023. Most dishes were delicious, and the dessert was incredible. But, surprise, I chomped down on something super hard in the Ravioli – turned out to be a bone! Luckily, my teeth held up. I told a guy who seemed like the manager, and all he said was sorry while grabbing the bone. Unfortunately, I didn’t experience any further apology or reassurance. Honestly, the experience wasn’t great. I was ready to skip the tip, but it was already included. Not the quality service I expected for the price.
